A note from me
Hi, I'm Brittany!
I've been helping people buy and sell real estate in the Colorado Springs area since 2016, with a special focus on military moves, VA buyers and sellers, and rural and acreage properties.
As a veteran spouse and acreage homeowner myself, I know there's a lot more to finding the right home than bedrooms, bathrooms and a price tag.
My goal is to make the process feel a little less overwhelming with honest advice, local knowledge and experienced guidance from the first conversation through closing.

Acreage experience
Brittany and her family live on 35 acres east of Colorado Springs, so wells, septic systems, acreage, livestock, outbuildings and rural-property considerations are part of everyday life.
In their words
"Brittany was phenomenal. This was my first house, so I was a bit nervous going into it with everything being so new. Brittany was my guiding light through the process. … Because of her I was able to lock in the house I wanted before it went back on market and closed in a month. … I recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a house."
"Brittany is the best to work with. She is helpful every step of the way. She communicates often and if I was confused she explained it to me. When I move again I will definitely use Brittany again!!"
